Shipping Policy
1.Shipping Area (Free Shipping)
Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US(except Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico). And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
2.Shipping Time
In-stock orders typically ship the next 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 2-7 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Himiway are estimates.
3. Shipping Changes and Order Cancellations
Before shipping
Order Cancellation:
If you cancel an order (scanned by logistics) before the product is shipped, there is no charge.
If you order the wrong model and want to place a new order, no processing fee will be charged for the original order after the second order is received.
Change of Address:
There is no charge for changing the address before the product is scanned by logistics.
A $20 charge will be applied when the "in transit" logistics information shows a successful change.
Replacements and exchanges:
If you does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly less than the original order, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund for the original order.
After shipping
Order Cancellation:
If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the order cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
You are also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.
Change of Address:
If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.
If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the order cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.
Replacements and exchanges:
A)If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.
B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the order cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the order cost will be charged as the processing fees and the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.
4. Order Tracking
If you have registered on acevolt.com, you can track your order as well as shipping and handling information on your account.
